Meet Errol Adels.

The esteemed architect behind 2280 Beachside Lane, Errol Adels’ much-celebrated designs can be found the world over.

His illustrious career has brought him from Washington, D.C., to Muscat, Oman to Athens, Greece to London, UK and beyond. After famously being asked by the Sultan of Oman “will you help me build this country?”, Adels designed Oman’s state capital building, state palace, summer palace, and at least 10 mosques. Before leaving the country, his firm left behind more than $600 million in completed works. He also designed the Dubai Dhow Wharfage.

Closer to home, some of his more famous projects are The Watergate Apartments (Washington, DC), the Finnish Embassy (Washington, DC), Foxlease Farm (Middleburg, VA; former estate of Standard Oil’s co-founder John Archbold), Lavender Hill (Upperville, VA), just to name a few.

Adels merged his talent, experience, and love of design to make 2280 Beachside Lane an estate truly unlike any other.
